    About Us

    Michael Kuldiner, Esquire

    Michael Kuldiner completed his undergraduate work at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He then graduated from New England Law School in Boston, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree in two and a half years. He is one of the youngest attorneys admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. After receiving his law degree, Michael established his own law practice, providing legal services to the residents of Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. His law practice focuses in the areas of divorce as well as other family law issues, including child custody.
    Michael has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in an array of family law matters. These include divorce, child support and child custody issues. He is a part of the emerging field of what is known as collaborative divorce. He maintains certification in this special discipline, which can prove beneficial to clients in need of divorce and other family law services. Because of his efforts in providing clients with divorce, child custody and representation on other family law matters, Michael is recognizes as a "Super Lawyer. He was nominated for the Montgomery Happening "Best Of" list and was included in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 list. In addition to his law degree, Michael is a licensed real estate broker and title agent. In addition to his representation of divorce and other family law clients, he possess extensive experience in the realm of real estate law. Michael is very active in the community. He is an enthusiastic supporter of a number of charitable organizations, including The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Special Olympics, Montgomery County's Wags Dog Rescue and Referral and Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure. In addition to his many professional roles, Michael takes tremendous pride in his role of father to his young daughter. He is a true Jersey shore enthusiast and enjoys visiting the beaches, where he spends quality time with his family.

    Michael Petro, Esquire

    Michael Petron brings over a decade of experience representing clients in family law cases. He also has an extensive background in other areas of civil litigation. He has represented clients throughout Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Michael's professional life has focused on providing skilled representation to women and children who are victims of domestic violence. His area of emphasis has focused on representing women and children of domestic violence. He has broad experience in medical malpractice as well as in other areas of law, including a wide range of personal injury cases. Upon completing law school, Michael served as a law clerk for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Following his time with the Court, he joined a medical malpractice defense firm in Fort Washington. Prior to becoming a part of our firm, Michael a Solicitor for the Office of Chief Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Hailing from Philadelphia, Michael graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School. He went on to obtain an undergraduate degree from Temple University. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law. Upon completing his legal education, Michael and his wife moved to Montgomery County, considering it the perfect place to raise their children. Michael is committed to our community. As an example, he is a director on the boards of two different organizations. He has coached both soccer and basketball for the past decade.
